We were founded in 2021 with a mission to provide well-fitting lingerie, to help women feel comfortable and confident.

Our collection is from a range of high-quality brands from cup size A to K, selecting only the best products that fit well and make you feel fabulous. We stock a broad range of styles, whether you are looking for something that can be worn every day, a bra that will give a great foundation for a special outfit, or specialist bras such as sports, nursing and post-surgery.

Our focus is on the right fit for you, which is why we highly recommend booking a fitting appointment for your first visit. This will enable us to work with you to find the best fit for you all in a welcoming, friendly environment.

Meet the Team

Anna – Founder & Owner

As someone who since a teenager has always had a bigger cup size and daughters with the same challenge, Anna was frustrated with having to travel to get good fitting underwear and sound advice from someone who understood. We opened Pear-Laine to enable local women of all ages to get a professional bra fitting in a relaxed inviting environment.  Anna is married with 3 daughters, the two younger daughters are both teenagers. 

Poppy – Anna’s eldest daughter - Merchandising & Social media lead 

Like Anna, Poppy had a bigger cup size and small band size from a young teenager and understands how frustrating it can be to get pretty, good fitting bras that do not feel old fashioned. You will see Poppy on weekends in the shop, but mainly behind the scenes, championing the acquiring of bras for the younger woman, that are supportive, modern and pretty.
