Delivery
You have the option of in-store collection, where your item will be packaged ready for collection the following working day (any orders placed on a Sunday or Monday will be ready for collection on Tuesday). If you require it on the same day, please contact us immediately on 01432 683179 to discuss options.
If you are unable to get to the store, we currently deliver to customers in the UK and we offer free shipping for all orders over £75, Standard Delivery.
Delivery Service Cost Timing
Standard Delivery for orders over £75 FREE 1-3 working days
Standard Delivery for orders less than £75 £4.50 1-3 working days
We aim to dispatch all packages as swiftly as possible, subject to stock availability, we generally allow 3 days for delivery from ordering to delivery. Any orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched on the following Tuesday.

Packaging
Your items are hand packed by our team and wrapped in our standard packaging, whether a treat for yourself or a gift for a loved one, we hope you will enjoy unwrapping your beautiful items.
Returns Policy
At Pear-Laine we work hard to ensure that we make buying lingerie as simple as possible, offering personalised fitting advice, where possible we recommend getting checked in-store for your fit around every 6-12 months. However, we understand that from time to time you may change your mind on your purchase, and we want to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible.
Any return, the items must be returned to us in their original condition with the labels intact and the garment unworn and unwashed. Please ensure any briefs, thongs, or swimwear are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse items where it is apparent this has not been done.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that are exempt from being returned, include; sale items, gift vouchers, hosiery when the pack has been opened, accessories when the pack has been opened, stick-on bras/boob tape and earrings.
In-store returns
If you made your purchase directly in the shop, returns should be in person in-store and we would happily offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of your purchase, providing you have your original full receipt, and the items must be returned to us in their original condition with the labels intact and the garment unworn and unwashed as outlined above
All returned items will be credited to the account from which the original purchase was made, shown on the original full receipt.
On-line returns
We work hard to make sure buying lingerie online is as simple as possible, by displaying and describing our products in as much detail as possible. Where possible we recommend getting checked in-store for your fit around every 8-12 months. We understand it’s not always possible to see us, so to help online we have a fitting guide and size chart available to help you select your size. We have also tried the styles so if you have a question, please contact us and we can best advise you on how they fit too.
However, we understand that from time to time you may change your mind on your purchase, and we want to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible.
Please note, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping cost of returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, therefore the refund will not include the original cost of postage (if it was paid).
All returned items will be credited to the account from which the original purchase was made.
Returns must be received by Pear-Laine within 14 days of the date you received your order. 4 days must be allowed for returns postage so please ensure your item is posted within 10 days of receipt.
We recommend that items should be returned via a traceable method, we can take no responsibility for returned items until received by us.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please use the link in your shipping delivered email or go directly to your account and look up the order placed. Please follow the steps outlined on the system to process your return request. You will be given a return number which must be placed on the form which can be found within the original packaging, please place this inside the return package with your items. This helps us keep track of your return when they reach us, so we can process your return or exchange as quickly as possible.
Please return your items to us in the original packaging, if this is not possible, people ensure the garments are suitably protected.

Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the status of your refund. If it is confirmed, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method, you should receive this credit within a couple of working days.
Faulty Items
All our garments are thoroughly inspected before we wrap them in our packaging and send them to you. However, if you believe your purchase to be faulty, please contact us on hello@pearlaine.co.uk and we'll rectify the problem as quickly as possible.
